GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
The Journal of ABHISARAN (Print ISSN: 2229-4856) is a peer-reviewed international journal publishing high-quality research in Humanities & Commerce. Authors are expected to adhere strictly to the following guidelines to ensure academic integrity, clarity, and reproducibility.
1. Scope and Eligibility
The journal accepts original and unpublished manuscripts in all major branches of Humanities & Commerce, including interdisciplinary and emerging areas. Submissions must demonstrate scientific rigor, novelty, and relevance.

• Conference and Special Issue Papers
3. Ethical Responsibilities of Authors
• Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
• All authors must have significantly contributed to the research.
• Any conflict of interest must be clearly declared.
• Studies involving humans or animals must state ethical committee approval, where applicable.
• The journal follows COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
4. Plagiarism and Research Integrity
• All submissions undergo plagiarism screening using standard detection tools.
• Manuscripts with significant plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or redundant publication will be rejected.
• Proper citation of previously published work is mandatory.
5. Manuscript Preparation and Formatting
• Language: English (British or American, consistently used), Marathi & Hindi (Unicode)
• File format: MS Word (.doc/.docx)
• Page size: A4, margins 1 inch on all sides
• Font: English-Times New Roman, 12 pt, Marathi & Hindi- Mangal, 12pt.
• Line spacing: 1.15 or double spaced
• Pages must be numbered consecutively
6. Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts should be organized in the following order:
1. Title Page
o Concise and informative title
o Full names of authors and affiliations
o ORCID IDs (if available)
o Corresponding author details
2. Abstract
o 150–250 words
o Clearly state objective, methodology, key results, and conclusions
3. Keywords
o 3–6 keywords reflecting the core content
4. Main Text
o Introduction
o Materials and Methods / Methodology
o Results
o Discussion
o Conclusion
5. Acknowledgements (if applicable)
6. Funding Information (if applicable)
7. Conflict of Interest Statement
8. References
7. Figures and Tables
• Figures and tables must be cited in the text and numbered sequentially.
• Provide clear captions and legends.
• Images must be of high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
• Authors are responsible for obtaining permissions for reproduced material.
8. Reference Style
• References must follow a recognized international citation style (APA / IEEE / Vancouver), applied consistently.
• DOI numbers should be included wherever available.
• In-text citations must correspond exactly with the reference list.

9. Submission and Review Process
• Submissions must be prepared for double-blind peer review.
• Author identities should be removed from the main manuscript file.
• All manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.
10. Revisions and Acceptance
• Authors must submit revised manuscripts along with a detailed response to reviewers’ comments.
• Final acceptance is based on scientific merit, originality, and compliance with journal standards.
11. Copyright and Licensing
• Authors retain copyright of their work.
• By submitting, authors grant the journal the right to publish the article in print and online formats.

The views expressed in published articles are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the journal or publisher.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Some authors request withdrawal of manuscript from the publication process after submission. In some instances the request for withdrawal is made within a few days after submission, however, many times the request is made very late, when the manuscript is only a few days away from publication in the journal. Withdrawing manuscripts from publication wastes the valuable resources and tremendous amount of effort made in processing the manuscripts by the editors, reviewers and the editorial staff.
To avoid withdrawal of a manuscript we sincerely request the authors especially the corresponding author, first author and guarantor of submission, to address the issues before submitting the manuscript for Journal of ABHISARAN.
Only email communication regarding withdrawal of manuscript will be considered. Withdrawal request should be sent to [email protected]

Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission’s compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
 The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
 Manuscript is adhering to guidelines
 The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
